Blankmind, I agree with you.. In fact if you read my previous posts to Rande in this very thread, I pretty much say exactly what you're saying. Rande already said he rehashed the Yahoo posts and wrote the message as "food for thought."

We already know that Pacific Internet has a float of 2.5 million shares and 12.3 million outstanding shares. Let's not continue the bash Rande messages and focus on Pacific Internet.

bm, I read Rande's post and it itemized a few concerns that anybody should have when faced with an IPO black box. And the disclaimer was also clear, that he had no info in fact but just bringing out the natural suspicions. OTOH there is little info either way so it is a low blow to try to defend against, all one knows are the clips from the prospectus.
