The Russians need a lot of things, like..... food, shelter, medicine, jobs for the population, paychecks for the people who have jobs, including the ones making Plutonium. Most of the IMF money winds up in Swiss Bank accounts.

Leslie and new investors, Most of us old timers have posted some good information on this board. And we are always finding more.
