David - The SEC has a quality company working on their Y2K problems. Remember they are the agency enforcing the compliance. Let me guess they did not take you up on it. If they wanted a mining company to do that work then they could get one of them out of Colorado. By the way I think I will pass up the chance to visit your website. I doubt there is much there I want to read. Stockdetective has already filled us in. With small caps down in price at the moment there are some real companies that can be bought for $3.00 and change.
