There's quite a bit of U.S. business conducted down there due to their tax regulations.
I would view this as a very positive update.

An interesting note: A shareholder who owns a business in Cayman Island became a friend of James Knapp (CEO of INNI) since James spent so much time working there. Even he couldn't tell what project James was doing there. He emailed me around last November asking me what INNI was doing there. The company was only willing to confirm that they are doing a project and they have been testing it since October, but they were so secretive they didn't want to give out any details. They wanted to be the first and the best and to get the business in other islands too. They didn't want to tip off any competition. I guess the test must went well and they must feel confident that they can roll out the product soon.

I will try to find out exactly what the project is (if they are willing to talk about it).
