Sean explained somewhat. But because nothing has really been optimized other than the CCI/Close peak relation and assuming you scanned full db with only a vol req., take another random scan sample from day -120 to day -60. If you achieve similar % results the strength of the relationship (CCIpeak/pricepeak) increases. Not necessarily using the same issues tho. Is that the gist, Sean, or are you backtesting samples tracking specific issues thru different data (real and synthetic) and defined times frames?
