Nick,
Paul's:
A:=W AND X AND Y AND Z;
A AND Ref(Sum(A=0,4),-1)=4

Stepped out-

W,X,Y,Z are the conditions you want to be false (binary 0). If one is true A is 1, two true, A is 2, etc.

A = 4 when all true (required today in your expert setup)

As of yesterday (ref(*,-1), the value of a 4 period summation of the total true/false status of the conditions was 0 (meaning not a single true occurrence of any condition in the previous 4 days)

Filter-
A (4) + yesterday's 4 period false summation status (0) = 4

Paul put it about as tight as it can get.
