Your are not reading my message David. Now certainly reading should not be a difficult task for a CEO should it. I clearly stated that there are some things that are trade secrets in which would certainly be protected under the FOI. However you my friend will not be the one to make that determination under the act. One gets the feeling you would use that cop out for any request and I am certain the provisions of the act will not allow that. Indeed your company may not have any trade secrets, since we are lead to believe they don't have a product.
