Hello:
Here is my take on TA for CPQ as of this evening.

Look at the chart...
iqc.com

Now, if I understood Murphy's book (same one I recommended to Victor a few days ago on this thread) correctly, here I go.

Bollinger band: neutral but trending to overbought (that means sell)

Candlesticks: the morning star pattern of last five candles. Buy

RSI: Neutral but trending towards oversold means buy (current value=33.19, 30 or below is a buy).

Please do not ask me how one indicator is going towards overbought and other at the same time to oversold.

Stochastics: %K line crossed %D line from below, it is a buy signal.

MACD: The signal (value=-0.61)line is trending towards a buy signal, the slope of the line turned up. It will be an outright buy, when the line crosses the 0 value and becomes positive.

DMI: Is buy because +DI line crossed from below -DI Line (actually it did that yesterday and is continuing today)

Now if you believe all this, Victor has bridge he wants to sell you. I might even get some commission.
Forget the commission he is very mad at me.

Regards,
Satish

PS: To all those experts on TA out there: Please tell me where my interpretation is wrong. thanks.
