ABTEE assets / equipment - look at LVLT, how about WMB (WIlliams Bros): "if the pipe has been built , it will be used" Surely, the infrastructure / telecom lines laid out are worth something especially as it saves the interested parties the $ and the time to build such a network. William Bros, as a comparison: how much do you think William's Bros. will get for their trenches if the co was sold ??? Read a long while back, they were worth quite a lot!
