I also feel that the momentum is shifting towards SuperDisk. I see more and more SuperDisk Built in PCs than Zip Built Ins. I think the iMac has given a new life to SuperDisk and made it very visible. Imation is cash rich and is no Syqt. I don't know how many people notice that the Zip Million mark is stuck at 21. 20th Mil was announced on Dec 15th and 21st during the jan conference call i guess.
Recent press releases like the one on Feb 17th still sez 21 Mil. I see only empty press releases from IOM rehashing old news and nothing new. Looks to me that they are desperate to give some good news but there is no solid news to give.

The following upside article came last year after K.E resigned. Now Ted Briscoe is also going. But he was saying in that article that the Zip drive price will come closer to floppy drive price this fall. Don't know how far we can trust tha,t now that he is also leaving. My bad experience with IOM makes me think that Briscoe is going because he is not able to achieve the cost cutting goals of the Zip drive??
