I had a discount for being a professional engineer. So I told them I was a shareholder and they just changed to that. No additional discount. I don't recall them asking me for further proof.

I'd call back GEICO and ask for a manager to be specific about what they need. In my experience you do get a discount but ONLY 1 type of discount.

How odd, they didn't ask me for anything. They just told me I would get an 8% discount for my auto insurance for being a Berkshire share holder. I would think they can check with Berkshire records to verify that you do hold shares. I agree about calling back and speaking with the manager. Good luck, Dep
