Hi John. I am also a big broadband junkie. If you love ATHM, then you may also love the ATHM of Europe and Israel, United Pan-Europe Communications (UPCOY). Check out their chello product here: chello.com .

I just may start my own thread in a few months called BEST INTERNET STOCKS TO OWN IN 2000 with UPCOY on the top of my list and ATHM number 2. 8^)

Here is a quick profile of UPCOY:

United Pan-Europe Communications N.V. owns and operates
cable-based communications networks in ten countries in
Europe and in Israel, providing cable television, telephone and
Internet access services. For the nine months ended 9/30/98,
total revenues rose 22% to NLG305.2M. Net loss rose 40% to
NLG169.4M. Results reflect the acquisition of Combivisie and
an increased number of subscribers, offset by increased
affiliate losses.

And here are a couple more info links:

Take care. -Adam

Hi.

While I also believe that "cable" will do great in the next year or so, the next evolution in speed to be the "cable-free" or, wireless satellite transmissions

Do you have any recommendations for these type of companies?

Do you have any recommendations that are on Canadian Stock Exchanges?

Thank-You
