Only down 1%? I would have expected down minimum 30% seriously for January. Then a slow build in Febuary and a huge boom in March for business and tax related books. Well, that was what we saw in software at Dell.... I figured the patterns would be similar.

Do you have the October Media Metrix data?

The most meaningful comparison, imho, would be to compute the average of October, November and December to get a Q4 98 average. Then to compare January, and then the average of January and February to this Q4 average. I could not find the October data. Do you have it?
