Possible endorsement from chip companies

While analysts overwhelmingly believe AMKR -- the largest semiconductor packaging and testing company in the world -- is the most undervalued and safest semiconductor stock, and the Anam/K4 purchase is a fair deal to say the least, the stock price of AMKR largely hinges on how AMKR finances the purchase.

When chip price going up, demand gets strong and supplies become tight in the near future, many chips companies will sign relatively long contracts with outsourcing testing and packaging companies to guarantee their final products can be shipped timely.

With a strong board of directors, AMKR should have no problem to find an chip producer/investor with stock swap or direct investment for exchange for guaranteed capacity when things get tight.

A merely $50-100 million endorsement from Intel, TXN, Motorola, IBM, Simens, …… will make AMKR stock soar to the 20-30 range easily.
