I don't know, what if they are? Are they going to appeal on grounds of Jackson rolling his eyes? On grounds of incompetent representation? Because Boies was mean to some "relatively junior executives"? Or is this like B'rer Rabbit's "Don't throw me into the briar patch" and Bill really wants Microsoft busted up? What do they gain by this show? Versus simply saying the government hasn't proven its case, and leaving it at that?

I'm sure somebody on "How High" has some cool explanation for this all. Clever chess player Bill sacrificing his queen or something. Maybe local antitrust expert Reggie could explain it. As a hearts and minds guy, also following the case for entertainment purposes, it's both a mystery and a wonder.

Cheers, Dan.
