I'm not going to sell my shares just because Sharky Extreme has a hype piece posted. I'm waiting to see what level of OEM's 3Dfx wins. If they get enough, it will provide the earnings and the cash flow for them to easily get their next product to market.

I am amazed at all the little things that go wrong with them. Even the latest PR event on Monday could've gone smoother.

When I bought my shares, I had a decently long time horizon and I sold half just before the STB announcement so my exposure is much less. I'll wait and see if 3Dfx carries out their promises. I'll also wait and see if all the recent nVidia hype is the same as their TnT hype - lots of puffing and a chip that didn't measure up to the hype.

ps - I thought that the comment at Sharky's Extreme that Metabytes army of engineers was pretty funny. THey're pretty small. Although they do have a group that writes drivers, I doubt they're an army.
