Stock Detective is a Joke! They bash the hell out of stocks like BAAT. I always wondered if Market Makers had some sort of affiliation with Stock Detective. "Bat From Hell." The stock price will look like it came from hell when you look back when we are at the $1 area. And the bashers will be whining. Go BAAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ya gotta lay off the drugs man. "First, for a penny stock, it can be OK that no financial reports for the company, so why baat must report it? After all, it is a penny stock!" " For penny stocks, you should know how much risks you should make before you make a investment!" Just how does one assess the risk/reward profile of a penny stock without financial information??? Seems the SEC disagrees with your first point as they are requiring penny stocks to become fully reporting this year.
