In the scheme of things it doesn't amount to much. They have just been keeping their options open as most other corporation officers do. It doesn't mean the shares are for sale but that they can sell all or part if they wish. There are a lot of shareholders that own that much and more. They probably intend to lighten the load as the stock goes up as is the normal trend of investors. New investors will come in to pick up the divested shares.
