The way I heard it, the TP pitch on CS is that they'll
1) do some snazzy "eCustomerService" on the TP website (FAQs etc)
2) provide an email address to post a question to the biller
3) if above doesn't resolve it then biller and consumer contact each other.

While I'm sure the main TP site will have some CS staff, I think they're trying to push this whole baby onto the billers backs.

This will never work IMHO, because there's nobody who's taking responsibility for the payment of the bill from end-to-end. I'm not that familiar with CKFR's CS but based on what I've read here it's pretty solid.
