Scott, Accurate and good advice as far as it goes. Much like asking an auto mechanic that since you have a vehicle diagnostic computer available - how can you now do your own a engine diagnostics? Ans: hook the cables up and turn the diagnostic machine switch to "on". If you are planning on doing a 475(f) election on your own, it is imperative that you read the relevant Code and Regs yourself. This is assuming you have already ready the various cases on trader status first. Good Luck! Colin
