THAT'S TOUGH READING ALL OF THAT! Things that instantly caught my eye: (1) How much Selling and Administrative Expenses does it cost to print and mail out those wonderful 33-page booklets? <awfully nice> (2) Feb 5/99 Special business, one of the $375,000US convertible debentures issued to FLV provides for an event of default if BCB fails by JUNE 30, 1999 to either (i) blah blah blah or (ii)Obtain contracts with gross billings aggregating US$2,500,000 <-- Who does the billing? (3) Future cash flow possibilities from share conversions alone, not to mention potential worldwide "business" (4) Prepaid Royalties US$1,000,000 Is anybody giving the annual report a good read? What's your feedback? I've just browsed through it at the moment -- have to give a good read with pen, paper and calculator in hand.. Hart ps: do you think this thread will ever be renamed?
