Dave: Do you or anyone know the Date for the AGM of NPEC? or Was there one? Change in Directors Without a meeting? There IMO. should have been a Meeting to change this where was the notice to Stockholders?? Did anyone get a notice to attend? Looking for information here if you can help. Regards, God Bless Jim...
