Whoever wants it the most get's it basically...

The highest bid is what you could sell for....

The lowest ask is what you can buy it for.....

Also in between the bid ask sometimes works....
That's the most encouraging thing the spread is so small...

Also,

Out of all those MMs listed the BEST bid was 0.072 and the BEST ask was 0.073 ... therefore those are the numbers that are displayed for our action.

You look at two columns: bid and ask.

best bid = max (all bids)
bast ask = min (all asks)
