Circle Laboratories Enters $600-Million Facial Care Market With U.S. Patent For
World's First Portable Acne Pads

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Feb. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Circle Laboratories, a
wholly owned subsidiary of Circle Systems, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CSYS),
announced the receipt of a U.S. Utility Patent (Number 5,879,693) for the
packaging process used with its unique "Pocket Scrubz", the world's first FDA
approved portable acne pads. Sold in slim, foil lined packets that are leak
proof and disposable, Pocket Scrubz medicated pads are the only product in the
$600-million over the counter skin care industry that makes facial cleansing
and acne treatment both portable and convenient.
This new patent will also be used to further promote Circle Laboratories'
line of non-medicated portable facial care products called Sport Wipes and
Travel Scrubz, which are being sold in airports, health clubs and pro shops.
These pocket sized textured pads feature designer fragrances, gentle cleansers
and alcohol to clean, cool and refresh weary travelers and sports enthusiasts.
David Wolfe, President of Circle Systems, Inc. said, "With our unique,
patented, portable facial cleansing pads, in conjunction with our aggressive
marketing campaigns, we expect to capture a significant percentage of this
$600 million market. We anticipate exponential increases in revenues and net
earnings in the coming months."
Circle Systems, Inc. first caught the attention of investors with its
innovative use of the Internet as a selling tool for Pocket Scrubz. The
company's web site (http://www.PocketScrubz.com) includes a free interactive
video game called Zit Blaster that awards $1,000 annually to whoever achieves
high score. In addition, visitors can view 56 video testimonial clips online
from teens who have used Pocket Scrubz, or earn free samples by sending
request letters to chain drug store executives.
A direct response television campaign is currently advertising a three-
month supply of Pocket Scrubz that comes with a free Motorola pager, free
pager activation, and a three month magazine subscription to Seventeen or
GamePro. The TV spots, directed at teens are running on Animal Planet, Comedy
Central, Discovery Channel, ESPN2, The Learning Channel, Nick at Night and
local television stations.
A Circle Systems, Inc. subsidiary, Winner's Circle Incentive Program, Inc.
runs promotions in public schools as well. The Pepsi Winner's Circle awards
achiever students with a wheel of perforated coupons worth $25 to $40 for fast
food, admissions, ice cream, game tokens, mini golf and bowling. Some of the
participants include Toys R Us, Pizza Hut, Burger King, and Dunkin Donuts.
Pepsi Cola (NYSE: PEP) pays a fee each year to be the "title" sponsor of the
program, which allows them to advertise "The Pepsi Winner's Circle" on posters
in schools and promotes them as a company that cares about education and
youth. This circle of perforated coupons is also used to advertise Pocket
Scrubz portable acne pads, distribute samples and create retail sales.
