Ken: Did that sometime back and it was all verbial, I want to see it in print to call is of no value! On a news rls. or SEC Doc. you have proof of what is goning on. Way to many rumors flow from telephone calls. A better question is why has NPEC not stated there concern for the stockholders who would like to see the facts in news? Or better yet why did they not send out the Financials promised over a year back that were audited as stated from past phone calls to the company?
