Not so. Microsoft doesn't have to buy Microsoftbingo.com from Stratford. It is such an egregious misuse of trademark that the Internic people would award it to them if pressed by any challenge. I know at least that I am not running the company, though I am less sure about your affiliation, in regard to your supporting such an indefensible position. Which of course raises the question: Are you being compensated by either RIHI or BIGG to support or promote their positions on the public threads here?
