Why I sold SYBR today. First off, contrary to the rumor being posted Mair Faibish is NOT going to be on CNBC tomorrow. This comes directly from his sectary Grace who can be reached at 516-682-1980 x3100. Much more importantly, checking the insiders sales information on Yahoo shows 144's filed for over aprx 500,000 shares. This is 10% of the float. Form 144 signifies the intention to sell shares, which means the effect of the sales has NOT YET impacted the price of the stock. If these insiders follow their stated intention look out below. zp
