Yes, it looks that way ... such an over-reaction! Is there something more to the story than meets the eye? Perhaps buying some other co.? Heard a rumor on Yahoo board that MRVC is in talks with some foreign company ... could it be AFCI eyeing MRVC instead? (last 2-days- MRVC showing signs of perking up after bottoming out??).

you made a good buy @ 7 5/8, over reaction here today, same thing happened with FORE last week with news out that they might have to restate earnings stock price dropped to 12.5 and quickly rebounded back to 16 level within 3 days. Panic selling.
