Heartsoft, Inc. and Apple Computer Education VAR Team Up; Schoolcomputer.com and
Heartsoft Join Forces to Offer Heartsoft's Thinkology to the K-12 Education Market

Business Wire - February 24, 1999 06:15

TULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 24, 1999--In continuing moves to strengthen its distribution channels to the U.S. K-12 education market, Heartsoft,
Inc. (OTC BB:HTSF) and Apple Computer's exclusive K-12 education sales agent, Computer Market, Inc., also known as Schoolcomputer.com, have joined
forces to sell Heartsoft's new critical thinking skills product line, Thinkology(R), to educators in Arkansas, Louisiana, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, and
Georgia.

As the exclusive sales agent for Apple Computer (Nasdaq:AAPL) for six states in the Southeast U.S., Schoolcomputer.com, is a full service value added reseller
who supplies all of the hardware and software needs for K-12 educational institutions who purchase the Apple Macintosh.

Under the terms of the VAR agreement, Schoolcomputer.com will sell Heartsoft's Thinkology side-by-side with the Apple Macintosh and iMac computers.

According to Benjamin Shell, Heartsoft, C.E.O., "Schoolcomputer.com represents the second exclusive Apple education sales agent we have been fortunate
enough to sign in the last few weeks. The interest these highly respected organizations have expressed in our new product, Thinkology, speaks volumes to the
quality and value of Heartsoft's latest products. We are anticipating significant revenues to be generated through sales from these top Apple VARs."

"We are currently processing requests from numerous other Apple and IBM education VARs for the balance of the U.S. and anticipate we should be able to sign
most of those within the next month or so. Once completed, we will have the ability to quickly and easily reach every K-12 technology decision maker in the United
States," said Shell.

In addition to representing Apple Computer as the exclusive education sales agent for the Southeastern U.S., Schoolcomputer.com also distributes educational
software solutions by The Learning Company (NYSE:TLC), Macromedia (Nasdaq:MACR), Edmark (NYSE:IBM), Netscape (Nasdaq:NSCP), and Microsoft.

In other recent developments, Heartsoft announced plans to publish a truly secure Internet browser for children. The company is positioning the new browser as a
secure alternative to Microsoft Internet Explorer (Nasdaq:MSFT) and Netscape Navigator (Nasdaq:NSCP) and will be available Summer 1999.

APPLE Computer is the new entity that will hold this baby over 2. Should I be wrong, I'm a buyer too.
