Mr Wexler

I'm new to this stock and thread since yesterday so no one need
believe this but I work for the USPS and have seen the figures for
just the preliminary assesment work. You are going to be quite surprised when you see the numbers.

Bill, You post a strong case about the press lacking monetary details.

Bill:

I've noticed that you haven't had the nerve (or did have the wisdom, who knows ;> ) to short the Internet hype stocks (AMZN, YHOO, EBAY, etc).

What's your take on them? Too unpredictable to touch? Would sure seem to be poster children for your campaign against overpriced stocks, many more times overpriced than something like TAVA (which is still a couple bucks shy of its fair valuation, but let's agree to disagree there).

Curious as to your take on the 'net mania stocks...

- Rick

<<The TAVA fraud issues another misleading press release.>>Bill Wexler

Bill, back in August you used the same argument against ZONAGEN (ZONA) predicting that it was going to trade under $5, that it was all a fraud, that Vasomax didn't work, that it would never be approved by the FDA, etc. etc.
The stock was then selling at around 17.
Here is what happened yesterday:

<< Schering-Plough obtained global marketing rights to Vasomax from Texas-based Zonagen Inc <ZONA.O> in 1997. The active ingredient of the product, phentolamine, has previously been marketed by other drug makers as a treatment for hypertension.

Shares of both companies rose Tuesday after they confirmed that Schering-Plough had begun to scale up production of Vasomax. Schering-Plough closed up 2-3/16 to 55-1/4, while Zonagen climbed 2-1/8 to 28-5/8. >>Reuters

I think the only fraud around here is you.

You want to sound like an expert in many subjects, without having any idea of what you are talking about.

Bill, << An added comment on USPS revenues >>
Although revenues weren't disclosed, I suggest that even if they are
not outstanding, something we don't know yet, it doesn't mean fraud.
When at TI many economic occasions arose when we had to sell products
at a loss in order to maintain skilled working positions primarily
in the processing arena. You don't flush years of training down the
toilet to generate short term revenues that may kill your future
business direction. Your use of FRAUD is a reflection to me of your
own personality. You clearly have never been involved, or at least not
understood, the makings of corporate America. They do not exist to support short term traders such as you and I. It's a long term
economic business objective. I do not personally believe Tava to be a
fraud, but do question management skills within the company.

Dear Bill: You know I sort of respect you but I just CANNOT let this post go bye. You are ABSOLUTELY wrong as to the size of the USPS contract. It is huge and I have that on independent authority. Please, if you must knock the stock do it truthfully and not on conjecture or wishful thinking. JDN

TAVA does have a contract with the USPS. They will be training P.employees and do work themselves.

Government contracts are public knowledge. Do your homework Bill. I would not sweat your short position yet. However the volume could be a concern.

If TAVA had a Press Dept they could run this stock to 10. We all know they are unconscious in that dept.

Bill, are you familiar with the work the USPS is implementing to improve and vertically integrate their IT and shipping systems??

I suggest there may be more work than you care to admit. I know. I have spoken in my travels here in DC with a few of the contractors working on USPS Y2K and post-Y2K projects.

Short away. Even you can't deny that .25/share and 185% revenue growth is not imaginary.

Don't you think you have just a bit too much negative emotional capital tied up in this stock?? Going short is fine when you think you can get away with it. But as you saw yesterday, interest is developing in the shares again and we might be seeing some institutional interest sucking up the float.

Regards,

Ron
