What I think is wrong is that in 1997 big news on new blood test and today in 1999 we get another breakthrough test. See the date of the article I posted. It is an old article from 1997. Sounds just like the 1999 article doesn't it?

Must make people feel good to know that there is a test that stop an epidemic. In 1997 when the heat was on due to an upsurge in case the Brits announce a NEW test, and now to solve the 1999 problem we have another NEW test.
