Mikel D. Faulkner, Harken's Chairman stated that "The progress at Bolivar continues and we expect to drill our next well on the block during the second quarter of 1999."

Here we go again. Another date to watch. Maybe this is an indication that they are close to getting financing. Or maybe it is a comment to keep the shareholders "happy" and still guessing on what the grand plan is for drilling. My personal expectation is that they will announce some financing package by the end of March if not sooner. Why do I think this? absolutely no reason except for they keep on talking about working on receiving "acceptable financing." On the other hand, after Islero, maybe the terms that were once acceptable to partners/lenders are no longer the same.

AHHHHHHH!
