I understand and I understood when I wrote my letter to you but each company is different with different prospects even within the same industry. WDC has poor prospects while SEG has good ones. They both make good disk drives. Just like each specialist is different and today, this one seems to be in a class by himself.(JOKE)

I agree with your observations. It is optimism by SEG while their customers like Dell are pessimistic that could lead to oversupply. The market reacts to anything that may cast doubt on performance.

Fortunately, the second half of 1999 is short lived and the expectations are a surge of pent up demand after 2000.
