Hi Bob,
I asked a couple questions last night that you might be able to forward on in your next phone call with Gordon. Has the Signature Group deal begun to bring revenues to the Company yet or are we just in the training stage for the operators? Have the cards been distributed to the Ice Palace and Tampa Bay or is this some weeks or months away?

Thanks for inquiring.
WJMT

>>In the My PhotoCard program, Lifetime Learning will create, produce and distribute fundraising kits for implementation at more than 48,510 elementary schools nationwide.

In the My MusicCard program, Lifetime Learning will generate and distribute fund-raising kits to more than 53,725 middle and senior high schools. Both programs are exclusive and will be available to 50,000,000 students. <<

Now thats a lot of schools--both programs available to 50M students. It strikes me as very important that this program be carefully followed and monitored with a reward incentive structure similar to the BR program. If this is handled well and the kids get into it, it could be successful beyond belief. The kids should be rewrded for their efforts.

>>Robert Gordon, Chairman of TeleServices, stated: "Lifetime Learning Systems is a stellar organization, with almost unique access to the schools. Children in schools and their parents represent two of the major markets for music CDs, and for film and film processing. These programs should be a big hit for the schools, the National Music Foundation, and for TSIG. We anticipate that the schools and
the National Music Foundation will be able to raise tens of millions of dollars for their programs. TSIG's goal is to sell at least 7,000,000 cards and to generate in excess of $200,000,000 in revenues with substantial profits from the sale of the cards, film, film processing, and recorded music from these programs." <<

Sounds fantastic!!!

>>Added James Guild, TSIG President, "These agreements with Lifetime Learning Systems open up an enormous audience for TSIG and give us access to virtually every public and private elementary school, middle school, and high school in the United States. In an era where school budgets and funding are being cut,
TSIG is proud to offer teachers and schools innovative fund-raising programs which will enable the schools to raise many millions of dollars to enhance their budgets and curriculum." <<

What I really like about this is the win/win situation as TSIG's unique business plan allows it access to markets that Amazon and CDNow would kill for. TSIG helps out the NMF and the public and private schools while profiting at the same time. HUGE!!!!!!!

Just thinking out loud here folks. It seems like tsig has been getting a lot of negativity over the last six months or so about the high (?) share count. Lets see, 50mil from the babe ruth deal, 40 mil from the signature deal, and 200 mil from this deal. I wonder if there are any other companies out there with 300+ mil in projected revenues and only 37 mil in the float and selling for half a buck?
