As a very LT holder of EMC, I expect that there will be competition, and that the growing storage market will assimilate the competition, but, as I indicated in a previous post, there will be an inevitable slowdown as peak orders for the Y2K slows. I don't mind %15-20 growth, rather than the %30 we are accustomed to. In fact, an analyst on CNBC about 2 wks ago claimed that he called EMC customers and found that they were slowing their orders in the immediate future.

I hate to criticize, but we should limit this thread to information and analysis and not cheerleading or boasting. Stock prices go up and down and we're the same people either way!
