RTev, I agree with you that an ATHM/AOL merger does not make sense, T/TCI have plans for ATHM. Your comments on the Time Warner/Bell Atlantic overlap in customer bases is interesting, had not thought about that. So how likely is AOL to strike individual deals with regional cablecos? And would AOL be willing to pay the price for infrastructure upgrades?

Well I feel like I just don't know enough about it. AT & T wanted to buy AOL a little while ago so I don't think they will allow AOL to get to lines without paying a hefty price.
