No, I haven't heard anything about the “spin-off/merger” deal. That is part of what I was talking about when I stated: “When IDCN starts doing what they say they are going to do, then the price will take off. It doesn't matter what they say they are going to do, it's what they do do that makes the difference.”

mdeanhall reported on RB that he e-mailed Jeffrey about spinoff/merger and Jeff's reply was "Status is: Pending, no change."
