Bob,

I received a reply from the SEC on the number of complaints on file with them. As of middle of November there were 6 complaints against FAMH and 1 complaint against Ira Monas. The extent to which the details of the contents could be released under FOIA had not been determined because the complaints were still under investigation---I interpreted the SEC letter as basically its "no comment" on the details of the investigation so paying for the documentation may only yield redacted information.

waltertx is AA's son. Remember when one of the group called his home and a young man answered and said he never heard of Firamada? Additional evidence is the grammar and syntax. So it's the son or Adam himself. Ignore him until he is deported or incarcerated.
