Negots. underway at very sr corp level but some op divs may now be involved so talks may be beyond just patents Late last night we ran into 12 sr execs from ERICY's wless infra div. Most unusual part was it was in a Mexican restaraunt in LaJolla, CA, where QCOM is based & where ERICY has no operations. There's been ongoing specul ation over last 12 mos. QCOM was for sale in whole or part.
