Veronex Announces Private Placement IRVINE, Calif., March 2 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of Veronex Technologies, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: VXTK - news) announce today that a private placement of 3,000,000 common shares has been arranged at a price of $3.00 US per share. A finder's fee will be payable and the amount will be limited to the rules and policies of the British Columbia Securities Commission. The proceeds of this private placement will be used to further the development of the Company's I\|Nova System, to expand marketing efforts and to increase working capital for general corporate purposes.
