Scott, I followed ACRT for several years but only have them on the watch list now. They have always seemed to defy logic - go up when market goes down and vica versa. As I recall they had a unique financial instrument and the stock ran up a couple of years ago on their future growth, etc; perhaps it hasn't lived up to expectations. They depend a lot on European business as I recall and maybe the weakness overseas, esp in front of y2k, may be a deterrent. Strictly speculation on my part.
