with all respect to dctc shareholders, historically s8 has been used to compensate promoters. you have just requested @ aznt that the co. file an s8 / employee compensation to compensate you with even more stock, this after you dumped the stock you previously recieved in compensation while suggesting others buy more. also, historically the name that appears on the filing never reflects who the stock is transfered to. you have also failed to answer if any of this stock is being transfered to you or if you have ever recieved stock in compensation from dctc. this s8 is important to dctc shareholders because it dilutes the float & if the stock is dumped, affects the share price. hysterics make believe you wish to avoid the issue, instead of a serious exchange, & this makes me believe the matter is to be swept under the rug. best of luck to all spider
