bp, I cannot disagree with you on the principle and RMBS indeed fit some of the parameters of such a potential company, but you must admit that just like things could have gone wrong for DELL few times in the last 10 years, they could go wrong with RMBS. Ask yourself what technology platform for memory will be dominating in 10 to 20 years? It could be "owned" by RMBS, but it is a fair bet that it may not be RDRAM. Heck, it might not even be silicon. You must try and estimate the ability of management to execute not just technologically, but strategically and in the changing market place. I view RMBS as a success story with a "time horizon" of about five years and execution will have to be reevaluated, IMHO, on a yearly basis.
