Walter,

After this am's TV commentary about IBM, Sony, and AOL being part of the relationship with Lucent, wouldn't it seem more than likely that all of them have already heard the player, probably at Midem in Cannes or at points in-between? The improvements in the Type II may have much more to do with technicalities such as DSP's, the new enhanced PAC, power management, sizing, and other issues vs. the music quality.

Walter, as others have already observed, your views of what e.Dig may or may not be doing always has more than a tilt to the negative. As shareholders none of us can know exactly what this company is doing or not doing.

Collectively, the information gathering we're all pursuing gives us all the best chance at making informed decisions. e.Dig is privileged to be working with the titans in the industry. When turf wars in U.S. markets over billions of dollars are being waged, it is rare that companies the size of MP3.com, Diamond MM, Kobe Steel win.

It now seems very probable that IBM's pilot program for Internet music downloads in the S.D. area via Road Runner Cable, has an alliance with some or all of the companies mentioned in the first paragraph above. The RIAA and their SDIM committee has already more than acknowledged their interest in this project.

In all the news in the music industry and commentary made by e.Dig, I see much to indicate that all is progressing well for this company's future. The glass is now more than half full vs. 25% empty, if one will only see vs. view.

Best wishes.
