The E-Bills that appear at the MCI website are same bills that will appear on Quicken. The E-Bills are Co-developed by CheckFree and MCI (each biller is a custom job), and for the most part bills will be "housed" on the billers servers and CheckFree handles the distribution and payments of the bill. What is most important.... CheckFree is handling the payments at the MCI website, and get's paid for each payment it handles. Ditto at the AT&T website. Benny
