RR- perhaps the Senate report will help the USPS shine a little light on TAVA from their side of the deal. It would be great if postal officials were questioned about what they were doing to prepare for y2k and they pointed to the TAVA deal as a big step forward.

Then we'd have the TAVA/USPS conspriacy to commit fraud, eh?
