PR's It's beginning to appear that these folks are anything but interested in getting the share price up to the vale of the announcement. They seem to walking a fine line between being guilty of malfeasance in the eyes of the shareholders and accurately reporting to the investment community a material business development. It's virtually impossible to believe that RG ET al don't know what they're doing. They appear to be doing everything possible to hold the price down till a later date. A later date and for purposes probably only known by a few inside. My supposition to be sure, but when evaluated in the face of factual events, hard to deny. One of these PR's was very carefully written to walk a fine line. Whoever wrote it cannot be so inept by accident. sword
