Dr. Meade, yes, the NR mentioned NPEC's direction and activities and that's good. But the main purpose of the NR was to announce the appointment of the new officers, a significant corporate event. Aren't you curious as to the background of these new officers? Don't you see the relevance? Don't you believe shareholders have a right to this information, without having to individually contact IR? Can you imagine Intel or any other well-known company announcing the appointment of a new president and listing his/her background with such brevity as "owned several companies?" Why should NPEC be any different? They can use all the credibility they can get and a more detailed PR would have helped.

I'm trying to keep an open mind. If you or anyone else can think of some strategic reason for not including specifics on the new officers' backgrounds, I'd love to hear it. Would a PR with a few more words have cost that much more? Or, was it just poor writing by Dave.
