After you succeed in restarting the mill let's look and see what your costs are for six continuous months of operation. I don't assume fed ex delivers parts overnight. So either you have a huge $$$$$ inventory of spares or any breakage represents a shutdown. Oh yes, I have run to the airport to pick cabin carried parts to meet schedules. Even with that capability it is tough.

Dave, I think you owe it to people to be more cold about the technical realities of what you are trying to do. I read a lot of posts last night looking for the ones I highlighted and success is always around the corner - better grades are the bottom of the hill -dilution is a better mine plan - startup is only new liners away - operating costs are great.

We shall see what your costs are after six months of operation - downtime included.
