abraves, I just learned the date of the next share holders meeting (from Intel Investor Relations) and it is the morning of May 19th. WRT the split, that's already been announced for April 11th. That's a Sunday, so the shares show up the Monday morning @ 1/2 the price (but up some <g>).

sure they would split after the great earnings. Now we are back up to that level..

abraves, Intel just announced a 2-1 split a few weeks back. I think it takes effect sometime in April.
